Art Bejarano – Art has been involved in management and sales since 1987. He worked with a variety of manufacturing and engineering organizations prior to co-founding INTEGRITY PCB Design, Inc. in 2002, with his partner Joe Machain. His broad background in engineering, management, sales and accounting plus his vision in developing the company, have been the key factors in INTEGRITY’s success.

Joe Machain –Has been designing printed wiring boards since 1978. He has vast experience working in the aerospace industry as a senior designer and project manager and combines this level of design with his knowledge of PWB manufacturing requirements. He has designed everything from medical and communications equipment to satellite and missile systems. At INTEGRITY, he oversees all design operations.

Dennis "Pat” Patrick – Combines degrees in engineering and business management with experience in design, manufacturing, sales and marketing. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, Washington and Wisconsin. He holds several patents in the aerospace industry and has published articles in numerous engineering journals. He is responsible for System Engineering, Test and Integration at INTEGRITY.

Shereena Smith – Has worked in the accounting and finance field since 1993 and has extensive experience in accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory management, financial reporting and business travel. She has developed and implemented new processes, procedures and software systems and has over 10 years experience in auditing. She has performed accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing on government contracts and is responsible for all accounting and finance at INTEGRITY.
