Ten years ago, Art Bejarano and Joe Machain saw the need for electronics manufacturers to have more flexibility in their engineering departments. As competition stiffened, companies had to "get lean” which meant the luxury of large engineering departments was no longer viable. To satisfy this need, a team of engineers were assembled  to take on outsourced projects and INTEGRITY PCB Design, Inc. was established in Arizona in 2002.

In recent years, economic pressures have made outsourced engineering even more attractive to all companies with engineering needs. In response, the Integrity team has grown. We now offer a full range of engineering support services related to the development, design and manufacture of technological products. This led to the establishment of INTEGRITY Engineering & Design Solutions; a d/b/a of Integrity PCB Design, Inc.

INTEGRITY’s resounding success has been largely due to two factors: great engineers and creating close partnerships with our clients. Engineering performed outside the company shouldn’t result in administrative headaches inside the company. We manage our projects meticulously and take care of the paperwork according to our client’s requirements.

INTEGRITY is made in the U.S.A. We have a great deal of experience working in the defense industry, so security and confidentiality are guaranteed. INTEGRITY is an SBA certified minority-owned small disadvantaged business (SBA 8(a) / SDB).
